These Terms of Service for Guurgle Software, Site and Services constitute a legal agreement between you, individually, and Guurgle.com LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, and its suppliers and licensors (collectively “Guurgle”) with respect to (a) Guurgle’s iPhone application and Guurgle software as modified from time to time, (b) use of the www.Guurgle.com web site in its totality, and (c) all services provided to you directly or indirectly by Guurgle through the site (collectively, “Guurgle.com”) and any services offered through third parties integrating Guurgle functionality. By clicking on the “Accept” button or otherwise using the Software, the Site and/or the Services (the “Guurgle Offerings”), you agree to be bound by the terms of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms of service, do not click on the “Accept” button and do not use the Guurgle Offerings. You agree that your use of any Guurgle Offering acknowledges that you have read these Terms of Service, understand them, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Privacy Policy for Guurgle Software, Site and Services

This document sets forth the privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) of Guurgle.com, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, with respect to (a) Guurgle’s iPhone application (the “Guurgle App”) and other Guurgle software (together with all prior and subsequent versions, and all patches and updates thereto, are hereinafter referred to as the “Software”), (b) the www.Guurgle.com web site, including all subpages under the web site (collectively, the “Site”), and (c) all services provided to you directly or indirectly by Guurgle on or through the Site (collectively, “Guurgle Online”) or through the Software (including without limitation the Guurgle App) and any services offered through third parties integrating Guurgle functionality (collectively, all Guurgle Software services (including Guurgle App services), all Guurgle Online services and all other Guurgle services are referred to as the “Services”). This Privacy Policy forms part of the Guurgle Terms of Service (the “Terms of Service”). Any capitalized terms used and not defined in the Privacy Policy are defined in the Terms of Service. The Software, the Site and/or the Services (collectively, the “Guurgle Offerings”) are not intended for use by anyone not able to enter into legally binding contracts. If you are not able to legally form binding contracts, you may not use the Guurgle Offerings or submit information about yourself. By using the Guurgle Offerings, you are certifying that you are 21 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 21, you may not use the Guurgle Offerings.
